摘  要:低能耗是注塑机液压系统的一个发展趋势,而目前注塑机液压系统采用的定量泵供油导致系统能耗非常大。介绍了注塑机的定量泵供油与恒压力变流量液压泵供油系统的工作原理,并建立恒压力变流量液压泵供油系统的仿真模型,分析其能量消耗的过程,实现注塑机低能耗工作。Low energy consumption is a development trend of hydraulic system of injection molding machine, while the system en- ergy consumption is very large for the injection molding machine based on hydraulic system with quantitative pump. The working princi- ples of quantitative pump supplying oil and constant pressure variable flow hydraulic pump supplying oil for injection molding machine were introduced. The simulation model of the constant pressure variable flow hydraulic pump oil supply system was established and its energy consumption process was analyzed to realize low energy consumption work of the injection molding machine.
