摘  要:为了研究矢量喷管电液伺服系统的性能,设计了AMESim/MATLAB联合仿真方案。根据双喷嘴挡板电液伺服阀的工作原理和结构特点,建立了电液伺服阀的物理模型,并在此基础上搭建了喷管电液伺服系统的AMESim仿真模型,设计了PID控制器和模糊PID控制器。结果表明:建立的系统模型能够根据信号进行正确动作,模糊PID控制器在此系统中具有响应速度快和稳态性能好等优点。In order to research the performance of the vectoring nozzle electro-hydraulic servo system, AMESim/MATLAB co-sim- ulation program was designed. According to working principle and structural characteristics of twin flapper-nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve, the servo valve physical model was built. Based on this model, the AMESim simulation model of the servo system was estab- lished. The PID controller and fuzzy PID controller were designed. The simulation results show that the established system model can response the signal, and fuzzy PID controller has advantages of fast response and good steady-state performance.
