摘　　要：在数控系统可靠性测试系统的监控层中,基于Ether CAT采集现场底层设备被测信号,利用其支持的Twin CAT OPC服务器开发了用于数据展示和存储的OPC客户端。选定合适的接口类型、通信方式以及数据库编程方法,完成基于OPC接口技术的客户端开发,实现对Ether CAT采集数据的集中读取及入库等。In the monitoring layer of numerical control system reliability test system, based on EtherCAT, measured signals were acquired from the field bottom equipment. Using TwinCAT OPC server, OPC client for data display and storage was developed. Selec- ting appropriate interface type, communication mode and database programming method, client development was completed based on OPC interface technology, to realize the intensive reading and saved of collected EtherCAT data in the database.
