摘　　要：调查具有典型代表性的大型商业中心的用电负荷密度现状,汇总分析变压器负荷率、最大负荷、负荷密度等数据。综合分析变压器的初始投资、运行费用和货币利率等因素。结合大型商业中心的实际用电负荷密度,提出此类建筑的变压器装机容量与建筑面积的合理比值。The paper investigates the current situations of electrical load densities of representative large business centers, summarizes and analyzes the load rates of transformers, maximum loads and load densities and comprehensively analyzes the initial investments and operating costs of transformers and money rate of interest etc. The paper proposes the reasonable ratio between the installed capacity of transformer and floor area of the building in combination with the actual electrical load density of large business centers
