菲律宾特大台风灾害救援药品保障探讨

摘　　要：通过回顾赴菲律宾海外救援中记录药品使用情况的资料,笔者对准备不足及储备过剩的药品逐一进行了分析和研究。同时,结合实践验证,提出了针对性的药品储备目录,以期为今后水灾救援药品储备原则提供依据。Through analyzing the data about utilization of drugs during international relief in Philippines,drugs of poor preparation and excess reserves were analyzed and studied by the author one by one. Combined with the verification of practice,targeted drug reserve catalog was proposed for providing the basis for drug reserve principles in flood relief.
