摘　　要：对我军参与汶川、玉树地震救援的做法进行对比分析,有利于更加深入了解和把握地震灾害应急救援的规律。这是指导我军地震灾害医学救援的迫切需求,并具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。笔者从四个方面着手对比分析:一是组织指挥方面,二是医疗后送方面,三是防疫防护方面,四是药材保障方面。通过对比分析,得出我军在参与玉树地震救援时比汶川地震救援有了全面进步的结论。Comparative analyzing of the practice of the Chinese People＇s Liberation Army in Wenchuan and Yushu earthquake relief work,and it will be conducive to a more in-depth understanding of the rules of earthquake disaster emergency rescue. It will have important theoretical and practical significance to guide the earthquake emergency relief work of the army. The author analyzed from the following four aspects： organization and command,medical evacuation,epidemic prevention and medical materials security. Through comparative analysis,a conclusion was made that there is a comprehensive progress of the army in earthquake rescue work of Yushu than in that of Wenchuan.
