中医妇产科护理中人性化服务的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化服务在中医妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的76例妇产科患者随机随机均分为观察组与对照组。对照组38例患者给予妇产科护理措施,观察组38例患者在此基础上给予人性化护理措施。对两组患者的满意度进行调查,同时对患者并发症情况进行观察以及对焦虑状况进行评分。结果观察组患者的满意度、焦虑评分以及并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医妇产科护理中实施人性化有利于维护和谐的医患关系,有助于降低患者并发症发生率以及缓解焦虑情绪。Objective To explore the application of humanized service in obstetrics and gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine nursing effect. Methods Will be randomly 76 cases of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital patients randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group 38 cases give regular gynecology and obstetrics nursing, the observation group 38 examples given humanized nursing mode. To carry on the investigation, the two groups of patients＇ satisfaction and anxiety in patients with complications were observed and the score. Results Patients in the observation group satisfaction, anxiety score and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In TCM gynecology and obstetrics nursing implementation of user-friendly conducive to the maintenance of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, help to reduce the incidence of complications and reduce anxiety.
