对羽毛球人才流动的成因及对我国羽毛球发展影响的研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料、调查分析、逻辑推理等多种方法对我国羽毛球"海外兵团"出现的原因及对现阶段下我国羽毛球整体的影响进行了全面的研究。结果表明:羽毛球"海外兵团"人才不断出现主要与我国社会主义逐渐的民主化、国内羽毛球高超的技战术水平以及我国运动训练管理体制的不完善等因素相关,同时国内的经济水平落后也是"海外兵团"产生的又一个主要因素。The paper conducts a comprehensive research on the cause of the emergence of Chinese badminton ＇overseas corps＇ and its influence on present Chinese badminton with methods of literature, investigation and analysis and logical reasoning. Results showed that： constant emergence of badminton ＂overseas corps＇talents are mainly due to related factors like gradual socialist democratization of China, superb technical and tactical training and imperfect sports management system of badminton at home. Domestic economic backwardness is another major factor contributing to the emergence of ＇ overseas corps＇.
