摘　　要：全球信息化方向发展,信息技术渗入到各个行业领域中,正发挥着基础性作用。随着数字城市战略性思想的提出,信息技术空间化发展,将自然资源和地理空间信息融合为一体,成为了社会经济和人文统计信息广泛应用的基础平台,推动经济、社会与公众生活向纵深方向发展。电子政务备受社会关注,其在运行的过程中,广泛地应用各种战略性信息资源,特别是地理空间信息系统所发挥的作用日趋明显。基于政务信息所存在的地理空间特点与地理位置之间所存在的密切关系,使得空间信息技术对于推动电子政务的发展起到了关键性的作用。文章着重于研究电子政务和空间细细集成的理论,并对于其在实践领域中的应用深入研究。The direction of the development of global informationization, information technology penetrated into various ifelds, it plays a basic role. With the proposal of digital city strategic thinking, information technology, space development, natural resources and geo spatial information fusion for an organic whole, become the basic platform widely used statistical information of economy and human society, promote the economic, social and public life deep direction. E-government is a social concern, which is in the process of operation, widely used in all kinds of strategic information resources, especially the geography space information system plays a more and more signiifcant role. The close relationship between the existence of characteristics of existing e-government information of geographical space and based on geographical position, make the space information technology to a key role for the development of e-government plays.
