磁共振泌尿系水成像在泌尿系梗阻性疾病中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振泌尿系水成像诊断泌尿系梗阻性病变的价值。方法对46例临床怀疑泌尿系疾病的患者行磁共振常规成像及磁共振尿路水成像检查,所有病例均经病理或输尿管镜检证实。结果检出肾及输尿管结石30例,输尿管先天性畸形2例,输尿管炎性狭窄11例,输尿管结核1例,输尿管癌2例。结论磁共振泌尿系水成像在泌尿系统疾病中具有较高的诊断价值,是一种可为临床治疗提供可靠参考依据的检查手段。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRU in urinary tract obstructive lesions. Methods Forty six patients with ureter diseases supposed clinically were examined by MRU. All cases were confirmed by pathology or ureteroscopy. Results 30 cases of renal and ureteral calculi, 2 cases of congenital malformation, 11 cases of inflammatory stenosis, 1 cases of ureteral tuberculosis, 2 cases of ureteral carcinoma .Conclusion MRU is an effective modality in the evaluation of ureter diseases, is a kind of reliable reference basis clinical treatment means of checking.
