伊曲康唑联合2%酮康唑治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察伊曲康唑联合2%酮康唑治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床效果。方法将69例患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用口服伊曲康唑胶囊并联合2%酮康唑洗剂外用患部进行治疗,对照组仅外用2%酮康唑洗剂。结果治疗组35例中痊愈23例,痊愈率65.71%,对照组34例中痊愈6例,痊愈率17.65%,治疗组的痊愈率优于对照组(P<0.005)。结论伊曲康唑联合2%酮康唑治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎可提高临床治疗效果。Objective To observe the curative effects of itraconazole capsule joint 2% ketoconazoli lotion on scalp seborrheic dermatitis. Methods 69 cases suffered from scalp seborrheic dermatitis were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in treated group were given itraconazole capsule joint 2% ketoeonazoli lotion treatment, and the patients in the control group were treated by 2% ketoconazoli lotion, compared the clinical effect. Results In the treated group, 23 cases were cured, and the cured rate was 65.71%. In the control group, 6 cases were cured, and the cured rate was 17.65%. The effective rate in the treated group was obviously higher than that in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.005）. Conclusion Itraconazole capsule joint 2% ketoconazoli lotion had obvious curative effects on scalp seborrheic dermatitis.
