摘  要:目的探讨在骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者中,应用不同治疗方案的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者60例进行分析,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统开放手术,观察组采用经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短,术中出血量少,和对照组相比差异明显;患者治疗后椎体高度明显大于对照组,椎体压缩率和Cobb角明显小于对照组,切口感染、气胸、血肿等并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论对于骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者而言,应用PKP治疗方案和传统开放手术相比,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,有利于患者的预后和功能恢复,如无禁忌优先选用。Objective To study the in patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures, the application of the clinical curative effect of different treatments. Methods Our hospital of 60 patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures is analyzed, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group with traditional open surgery, observation group USES the protruding after percutaneous vertebral plasty (PKP holds). Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, and complications. Results Observation group of patients with surgical time, ambulation time, shorter hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss, less clear difference compared with control group; significantly greater than the control group after treatment in patients with vertebral height, vertebral compression ratio and the Cobb Angle are much smaller than the control group, incision infection, hematoma, pneumothorax, complication rates significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion For patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures, the application of PKP holds treatment compared with those of traditional open surgery with small trauma, rapid recovery, fewer complications and other advantages, is good for the prognosis of patients and functional recovery, preferable if no taboos.
