阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析非淋菌性宫颈炎患者应用阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年1月至2013年10月本院诊治的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者174例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组87例,对照组采用阿奇霉素单方用药治疗方案,研究组在对照组基础上继以聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓剂联合药物治疗方案,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组患者联合用药后95.38%临床治疗总有效率高于对照组的78.14%,同时研究组患者90.80%病原株菌转阴率高于对照组的73.56%,比较差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论阿奇霉素与聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓剂联合用药治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎具有积极作用,有利于提高此病症患者的临床疗效,具有临床广泛应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with pessary treating non-gonococcal cervicifis. Methods 174 cases with pessary treating non-gonococcal cervicitis treated in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly, the control group and the research group, each group for 87 cases. The control group was treated with azithromyein, based on which the research group was treated with policresulen pessary combined with medicine treatment strategy. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Reslflts After treatment, the total effective rate of the research group was 95.38%, which was higher than that of the control group, 78.14%. And the negative conversion ratio of 90,80% of tmthogen strains in the research group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was evident（P〈0.05）, which had statistical significance. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with pessary treating non-gonococcal cerviciti has active function and is good for improving the clinical efficacy of the oatients, which is worthy of clinical aolalication and oromotion.
