再制造TBM应用及质量控制措施探讨

摘　　要：随着我国隧道建设的发展,作为先进施工设备的隧道掘进机(TBM)近年来在我国得以推广并达到一定规模。纵观TBM施工项目,绝大多数是采用全新设备施工,再制造TBM的应用极少,远远落后于国际平均水平。透过再制造TBM的应用现状、应用前景,认为有必要合理加大再制造TBM在我国应用的推广力度,促进TBM施工市场的科学发展,并且具备可行性。分析我国再制造TBM未能合理应用的原因,认为质量是否可靠是大家关注的重点因素,从设备适应性、再制造方案、过程控制、监造、验收整改等方面探讨再制造TBM质量控制措施,以充分发挥TBM价值、降低其应用成本,同时有助于推动刚刚起步的自有品牌TBM制造业的进步。With the development of the tunnel construction in our country,the boring machine（TBM）,as a kind of advanced construction equipment,is widely popularized on a certain scale in recent years.Taking a historical look at all the TBM-built projects in the past,we find that most of the projects use the wholly-new TBMs,there being few cases of re-making TBM.The number of the cases of re-making TBM at home is far behind the international average.Having considered the present application situation and the prospect of the application of re-making TBM,we consider it necessary to promote the popularization of the application of re-making TBM in China and scientifically push forward the development of the TBM construction market only because it is really feasible to do so.Upon the basis of analyzing the causes of the failure in reasonably popularizing the remaking of TBM in China,it is found that the reliability of the quality of the re-made TBM is the key factor most customers focus their attention on.Thus,the quality control measures for re-making TBM are explored in detail in the paper respectively from the angles of the adaptability of the machine,schemes for re-making TBM,process control,the supervision of the re-making process,acceptance,rectification,etc.It is sincerely hoped that a full play will be given to all the value of TBM,the cost of applying TBM will be brought down and the development of our own brands of home-made TBM,at its beginning stage,will be effectively promoted.
