预见性护理干预在宫腔镜术后并发症预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨预见性护理干预对预防宫腔镜术后并发症发生的临床应用效果。方法：选择2013年1月~2014年1月我院就诊进行宫腔镜手术患者136例作为研究对象。随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上实行预见性护理干预,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、住院治疗时间、患者对护理工作满意情况。结果：观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,患者对护理工作满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：预见性护理干预能够有效降低患者术后并发症,保证临床治疗效果。Objective： To explore the clinical effects of applying early comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing complications after hysteroscope oepration. Methods： 136 patients had hysteroscope operation in our hospital from Jan. 2013 to Jan. 2014 were selected as the study objects,and divided them into intervention group and control group by random number table method. The control group was given conventional nursing,the intervention group added early comprehensive nursing based on control group. The hospital time,satisfaction of patient of two groups were compared,then recorded the postoperative complications. Results： The complications occurate of observation group was lower than the control group,the inhospital time was shorter than the control group and the satisfaction of patients was higher than the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Early comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the hospital time,improve treatment compliance,reduce complications,ensure the treatment efficacy in hysteroscope operation.
