摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动降低护理人员针刺伤风险的效果。方法:成立品管圈,确立主题为"降低护理人员针刺伤风险",对针刺伤发生现状调查及要因分析,设定目标,针对原因制定改进措施并实施。结果:品管圈活动前后针刺伤风险由92%降至36%,目标达标率102.75%。结论:开展品管圈活动可以有效降低护理人员针刺伤风险,对提升护理人员综合能力具有促进作用。Objective： To explore the effect of quality control circle（ QCC） on reducing needle stick injuries among nurses. Methods： The measures included establishing QCC group,determining the theme of ＂ reducing needle stick injuries among nurses＂,analyzed the status,setted up the goal,made improvement measures and implementation. Results： Since QCC was taken in nursing practice,the needle injuries risk decreased markedly from 92% to 36%,the goals attainments rate was 102. 75%. Conclusion： The application of QCC program can reduce the rate of needle injuries risk in nursing practice effectively,and has stimulative effect to enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing staff.
