摘　　要：本文总结了腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除、全去带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术病人术后护理体会。术后清除脂肪液在此基础上,在切口各个阶段选择合适的水胶体敷料与藻酸盐敷料;通过低负压对渗漏加以处理,并且为其提供优质的全身护理,饮食指导等,治疗效果满意。This paper clarifies the care experience of the patients of laparoscopic radical cystectomy and the patients of sigmoid neobladder. To remove the liquefied fat after operation,on this basis,choose suitable hydrocolloid and alginate dressing to processing in each stage of the wound,and treat wound with low negative pressure on leakage,provide qualitied systemic nursing,and guide the patient＇s diet,we can obtain a very effective treatment.
