摘 要:采用熔融纺丝工艺制备了无机矿物粒子改性丙纶纤维,并与彩棉、棉交织,制备了彩棉盖丙纶纤维织物,研究了洗涤对织物负离子释放量的影响,实验结果表明,当添加剂含量为0.5wt%时,纤维及纱线的性能最好;成功制备的彩棉盖丙纶织物在50次洗涤后,无机矿物粒子仍紧密附着在纱线表面,负离子释放量稳定在2000个/cm^3以上。Inorganic mineral particles modified polypropylene fibers prepared by melt spinning process were interwoven with colored cotton, then polypropylene fiber covered colored cotton textile was prepared and the relationship between washing and negative ion release was studied. The results showed that polypropylene fibers modified by inorganic mineral particles were successfully prepared by melt spinning and when the additive content was 0.5 wt % the performance of fiber and yarn was the best. After washing 50 times inorganic mineral particles were closely adhere to the surface of yarn, negative ion release of textile was stable and more than 2000 per cubic centimeter.
