止泻散治疗小儿秋季腹泻湿热泻120例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察止泻散治疗小儿秋季腹泻湿热泻的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的患儿236例,随机分为2组,治疗组给予口服止泻散,对照组口服利巴韦林,进行临床对照观察。结果治疗组治愈率为98.33%,对照组治愈率为89.65%。两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组明显优于对照组。结论止泻散治疗小儿秋季腹泻湿热泻具有良好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infantile autumn damp heat diarrhea treated by Zhixie powder. Methods 236 cases of children in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group were given oral Zhixie powder,while the control group were given oral ribavirin. We observed the clinical efficacy. Results The cure rate was 98. 33% in treatment group,while 89. 65% in control group. There were significant differences between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Zhixie powder has good curative effect in treating infantile autumn damp heat diarrhea.
