摘　　要：目的探讨耳针对中风后轻度抑郁患者的影响。方法将60例中风后轻度抑郁患者随机分为试验组与对照组各为30例。试验组在常规治疗护理的基础上,于入院1周后给予耳针护理干预,对照组只接受常规治疗护理。两组患者分别于干预前、干预两周后比较两组患者的抑郁评分的改善。结果干预两周后实验组SDS得分较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过耳穴压豆法可以改善中风后轻度抑郁患者的抑郁状况。Objective To study the effect of auricular-plaster therapy on mild depression of stroke patients. Methods 60 cases of stroke patients with light depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each. The control group were only received routine care. Based on the toutine care,the observation group was admitted to auricular-plaster therapy after one week of admission.Before and after two weeks intervention,the patients both in two groups were assessed with Self-Rating Depression Scale（ SDS）. Results After two weeks intervention,the SDS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Auricular-plaster therapy can alleviate the light depression of stroke patients.
