当代名老中医治疗乙脑辨证施治规律探讨

摘　　要：运用数据挖掘当代名老中医对乙脑的辨证治疗的经验,将纳入的8篇文献及9本著作中涉及16位当代名老中医辨证治疗乙脑的内容进行统计分析。当代名老中医对乙脑的认同度较大的证型为卫气同病、气营两燔、热极生风、痰蒙清窍4个证型,针对这4个证型,常分别选用白虎银翘散合方、清瘟败毒饮、紫雪丹、石菖蒲郁金汤等方剂。针对乙脑该病治疗,有51首经验方,包含101味中药,其中采用清热法所占比例最大,息风止痉法、开窍化痰法为次。经验方中中药使用频率超过15次以上药物主要包括清热药、息风止痉药及开窍化痰药。The application of data mining in contemporary old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of epidemic encephalitis B experience,will the included 8 articles and 9 books to 16 contemporary old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of epidemic encephalitis B content analysis. Results the old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine on JE identity larger card for the disease involving Weifen and Qifen,gas camp two burnt,hot wind,orifices confused by phlegm syndromes 4,according to the 4 types,are often choose white tiger Yinqiaosan decoction,Qingwen Baidu drink,Zixue Dan,Acorus and Curcuma soup recipe. To JE therapy for this disease,there are 51 first experience,contains 101 traditional Chinese medicines,which uses heat method to account for the largest proportion,Xifeng Zhijing method,eliminating phlegm for resuscitation. Experience in traditional Chinese medicine use frequency is more than 15 drugs mainly include heat clearing drug,Xifeng Zhijing drugs and drugs for resolving phlegm resuscitation.
