摘　　要：腔内治疗已逐渐成为治疗外周动脉闭塞性疾病(PAOD)的主流方法。近年来,随着药物支架与长球囊等治疗手段的应用,PAOD的疗效显著提高,腔内治疗的适应证不断拓展。对于存在慢性肾病或者造影剂过敏体质的患者,超声辅助下的腔内治疗模式具有独特的优势并逐渐进入临床实践。本文概述了超声辅助实施PAOD腔内治疗的临床应用进展。Endovascular treatment has become the standard therapy modality for peripheral arteri- al occlusive disease （PAOD）. During recent years, with the application of drug-eluting stent and long bal- loon, the outcome of PAOD treatment has been improved evidently. Accordingly, the indications of en- dovascutar treatment have been expanded as well. For patients accompanied with chronic kidney disease or radiocontrast media allergy, duplex-guided endovascular treatment possesses special advantage and has been increasingly used in clinical practice. This article summarizes the development of duplex-guided en-dovascular treatment for PAOD.
