摘 要:在比较分析风碎渣(钢渣)与其他常用磨料物理性能的基础上,选择风碎渣进行钢渣喷砂试验,分别研究喷吹压力、喷吹时间与喷吹距离对试样表面光洁度和粗糙度的影响,并与其他常用磨料的效果进行对比。结果表明,风碎渣用于喷砂磨料,当喷吹压力0.8 MPa,喷吹距离150 mm,喷吹时间10 s时,被处理工件表面光洁度和粗糙度能获得良好效果,表面光洁度和粗糙度分别在Sa2.5和40μm以上,满足涂装要求,与PS球、石榴石喷吹效果相当,较铜炉渣喷吹效果略差,原因是铜炉渣颗粒具有锋利的尖角和较大的颗粒度。Comparing physical properties of wind quenching steel slag and other commonly used abrasive, experiments of the steel slag blasting were carried out. The effects of injection pressure, injection time and injection distance on surface finish and roughness of sample were respectively analyzed, and different abrasive effects were compared. The results show when the injection pressure is 0.6 MPa, injection distance is 150 mm and injection time is 10 s, if the abrasive is wind quenching slag, surface finish and roughness of sample are good, the surface finish can reach above Sa2.5 and value of roughness is more than 40 μm, which can meet coating requirements,the injection effect of wind quenching slag is as well as that of PS ball and garnet, worse than that of copper, the main reason is that the copper slag particles have sharp angle, and larger particles size.
