摘　　要：中医健脾单元疗法在改善膝骨关节炎患者生活质量、心肺功能等方面疗效突出,动物实验也为中医健脾单元疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的免疫学机制进行了探索。主要对其理论基础、临床实验及动物实验进行概括总结,为膝骨关节炎的中医诊疗提供新思路。TCM Unit Therapy of Invigorating Spleen has a prominent curative effect on the improvement of life quality and cardiopulmonary function of patients with knee osteoarthritis,whose immunological mechanism also has been explored by animal experiments.This article mainly summarizes its theoretical basis,clinical experiments and animal experiments to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Chinese medicine.
