摘　　要：历史文化街区型商业游憩区(HRBD)是商业游憩区(RBD)一个重要的类型,也是历史文化遗产利用最有价值的区域,本文在分析HRBD空间特征及其与非物质文化遗产耦合动因的基础上,重点研究了HRBD的商业环境中非物质文化遗产有形化的转变、非物质文化遗产利用的类型及其利用模式.The recreational business district （HRBD） in historical and cultural blocks is an important type of commercial recreation areas and a most valuable use of the area. Based on the analysis of the spatial characteristics of （I-IRBD） and the coupled motivation between HRBD and intangible cultural heritage, the tangible transformation, utilization types and utilization patterns of the intangible cultural heritage in HRBD are mainly researched.
