摘　　要：丹江口大坝加高工程施工难度大、合同项目多,给合同管理工作带来困难。结合合同管理工作实践,阐述了合同管理措施和具体工作方法,并着重对工程变更和变更项目处理中的难点问题,以及变更索赔处理的原则、方法进行了探讨。在合同管理工作中,严格按照合同文件要求和相关法律法规,明确参建各方的责任、权力和义务,有效促进了合同的全面履行,确保了建设目标按期实现。The Danjiangkou heightening works were characterized as large difficulty, multiple contract projects, which brought challenges to the contract management. In combination with the practical contract management work, this paper presents the con-tract management measures and concrete work method. The project change, difficulties in project change, and the contract pro-cessing principles and methods were discussed. In the contract management, the responsibility, right and obligation of all related parties were clearly determined according to the requirements in contract documents and the related laws and regulations, so the implementation of the contract can be promoted and the construction goal can be realized on time.
