摘　　要：工程建设项目招标具有很强的专业性和实践性,且法规性强、情况复杂。南水北调中线水源工程开展招标工作以来,公司注重招投标规范化的组织管理制度和体系建设,建立了高素质的招标管理人员队伍,时刻牢记"依法、合规"的原则,做到了优选承建单位,控制施工周期,确保工程质量,实现了合理降低工程造价、提高国家投资效益的目的。总结了南水北调中线水源工程招标管理工作过程中一些可行的经验做法,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。The bid of engineering construction projects is highly professional and practical, and the laws and regulations are more mandatory, the situations are complicated. Since the bidding work started, Water Sources Company of South-to-North Water Diversion paid more attention on the standardization of organization and management institution and bid system, and a group of professional management staff was organized. By the principle of according to the laws and regulations, the contractor was optimized and selected, the construction period was controlled, so as to ensure the engineering quality, reduce the cost and increase the investment returns. Some experiences of the bid management are summarized.
