摘 要:丹江口大坝加高是在初期工程基础上进行的改扩建工程,初期工程坝体内虽埋设有安全监测设施,但老坝体已运行40多年,加之限于当时的技术水平,有些仪器设施己无法使用。根据大坝加高工程实际,设计提出安全监测设计的总体思路是:尽量利用大坝加高前仍然完好的监测设施,但要在此基础上补充和完善;大坝加高前已有的监测项目,大坝加高后原则上均予以保留;外部观测与内部观测和渗流监测等仪器尽量结合布置,以便使几个方面的观测成果能相互验证和补充;各类监测仪器布置应突出重点,兼顾整体,力求少而精;运用当今网络、通讯技术,实现安全监测的自动化和可视化。详细介绍了监测系统的总体架构、监测断面选择和仪器设施的具体布置状况。The Danjiangkou heightening works is the expansion project constructed on the basis of the first-stage project, the safety monitoring devices buried inside the dam body of the first-stage project have been operated for more than 40 years, and some were out of commission due to the low technical level then. According to the situation of the heightening works, the general thought of the safety monitoring design is proposed as follows:to use the devices of the first-stage project that are in good condi-tion, but the supplement and perfection are needed;the monitoring projects before the heightening works should be reserved;the monitoring devices of external and internal observations and seepage monitoring should be arranged reasonably so that the results can be complementary and corroborated;the arrangement of devices should give prominence to the key points and take account of the whole, the devices should be fewer but better;to realize the automation and visualization of the safety monitoring by using the internet and communication technology. The general structure, selection of the monitoring sections and arrangement of the devices are introduced in detail.
