摘  要:在丹江口大坝加高过程中,需要拆除原坝顶液压启闭机系统设备,然后在新坝顶安装新的系统。为提高系统的安全可靠性及自动化程度,对新液压启闭机系统将采用"一泵两机"的方式。由于丹江口大坝加高工程是在枢纽维持正常运行情况下进行施工的,因此为尽量减小对其发电运行的影响,决定在厂房坝段进行加高时,采取先对原液压启闭机系统预留空腔给予保护,待加高施工完成后再逐台拆除旧设备,继而实施空腔混凝土回填,最后再逐台安装新设备的施工方案。In the dam heightening process of Danjiangkou Dam, the old hydraulic hoist system on the dam crest must be re-moved for a new one installation. In order to improve the reliability and automation of the system, the form of"one pump and two machines" was adopted by the new hydraulic hoist system. The heightening works were carried out under the normal operation of the power station. In order to reduce the impact on power generation, the construction scheme was determined as follows:the pre-reserved cavity for the old hydraulic hoist system was protected firstly when the power house monolith is heightened, and the devices were removed one by one after the heightening works completed; then the cavity was backfilled with concrete, and the new devices were installed one after another.
