骨痹合剂配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察骨痹合剂联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:采集本院2012年2月-2013年2月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各44例。对照组给予骨痹合剂进行治疗,观察组在此基础上给予玻璃酸钠注射剂治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(20.45%),同时观察组在24 h内便有明显缓解效果,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨痹合剂配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨关节炎具有良好效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of bone rheumatism mixture combined with sodium hyaluronate and other drugs for osteoarthritis of the knee. Method： 88 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were collected from February 2012 to February 2013, divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bone rheumatism mixture decoction treatment,and the observation group was given the sodium hyaluronate injection treatment on the basis of that,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Result：The effect of observation group was better than the control group（20.45%）. At the same time in the observation group, 24 hours can play well relieve effect,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Bone rheumatism mixture combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has good effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
