摘　　要：通过对国产某品牌后驱微车变速器在路试过程中出现的三档跳档故障的分析研究,将汽车脱档变速箱部件进行拆检,分析脱档原因,发现同步器设计缺陷,提出改进措施,并通过试验验证,解决了汽车变速器脱档问题,进而提高变速器的性能。This paper aims to analyze XX mini car transmission third gear out of gear problem found during road test. Based on overhauling vehicle transmission, this pear analyzed the reason of neutral, found design defect of synchronizer and put forward measures on improvement, solve the problem through experimental verification ,thus to improve transmission performance.
