摘　　要：简要介绍了氦质谱检漏的基本原理及工能和相关特点及选用,浅析了氦质谱检漏技术在机翼整体油箱检漏中的运用。This paper briefly introduces the basic principle of helium mass spectrometer leak detection and can work and related characteristics and selection, analyzed the helium mass spectrometer leak detection technology used in the whole wing tank leakage.
