摘  要:在各种形式的机械加工中,实际生产的效率和效果是检验刀具设计者的最好的检测手段,也是推动设计人员不断进取和完善的最有力的推动者。这就意味着设计者的成果要适应生产实践的需要,并通过实践的检验不断地完善和升华,最终设计出尽善尽美的产品。轮盘拉刀的设计很具有代表性,因为轮槽型线复杂,需要成组的若干拉刀共同完成,如何结合轮槽的结构设计出高质高效的拉刀圆满完成轮盘轮槽的加工,是本文的探讨的问题。In the machining of various forms, the efficiency and effect of the actual production is the best measure tool designers, but also to promote thedesign staff of continuous improvement and perfection of the most powerful promoters.
