银甘洗方对热毒蕴结型新生儿脓疱病的疗效、白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白及降钙素原水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究银甘洗方治疗热毒蕴结型新生儿脓疱疮的临床疗效及其对患儿白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原水平的影响。方法:筛选我院收治的患有新生儿脓疱病的100例患儿,在均衡条件下随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例患儿,研究组接受自拟银甘洗方治疗,对照组接受莫匹罗星软膏治疗,同时给以抗生素静脉输液治疗。观察比较两组治疗方法的临床疗效及患儿治疗前后白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白和降钙素原水平。结果:研究组患儿治愈率和总有效率分别为64%、98%,对照组患儿治愈率和总有效率分别为46%、84%,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿脓疱、发热、呕吐、腹泻症状消失时间明显低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。治疗7天后,两组患儿白细胞计数、CRP及降钙素原均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。研究组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银甘洗方治疗新生儿脓疱病,临床疗效确切,安全可靠,可有效缩短新生儿脓疱病病程,控制患儿感染病情。Objective： to study the influence of Yin＇gan Lotion on clinical effect,WBC,CRP and procalcitonin in treating impetigo neonatorum of heat toxin accumulation type. Methods： 100 patients with impetigo neonatorum in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 patients each. The former were treated with Yin＇gan Lotion while the latter with mupirocin ointment and antibiotics transfusion as well. Observe and compare the curative effect,WBC,CRP and procalcitonin in both groups before and after treatment respectively. Results： In treatment group,the recovery rate and total effective rate were 64%and 98% while in control group,46% and 84%,the former significantly higher than the latter（ P 0. 05）; symptoms of treatment group like impetigo,fever,emesis and diarrhea disappeared earlier than that of control group（ P 0. 05）; 7 days after treatment,WBC,CRP and procalcitonin in both groups improved,treatment group superior to control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yin＇gan Lotion is effective and reliable in treating impetigo neonatorum,able to shorten the course of disease and control the patient＇ s infectious condition.
