依那普利叶酸片对“H”型高血压病人炎性因子影响

摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸依那普利叶酸片对"H"型高血压病人炎性因子及血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法将180例"H"型高血压病人随机分为A、B、C组。A组54例,口服非洛地平2.5 mg 1次/d;B组60例,口服马来酸依那普利片10 mg,qd;C组66例,口服马来酸依那普利叶酸片10 mg 1次/d,12周后观察疗效。治疗前后测动态血压,血浆Hcy及高敏C-反应蛋白(Hs CRP)浓度。结果 A、B两组降低炎性因子和降低Hcy有效率均显著低于C组,三组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组降低炎性因子或降低Hcy有效率分别低于C组,三组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利叶酸片可更有效控制轻、中度高血压患者炎性因子和Hcy水平。Objective To explore the Effect of Enalapril Maleate Folic acid Tablets on imlfammatory factors and plasma levels of Hcy of the patients with H-hypertensive.Methods180 patients of H- hypertension were divided into three groups randomly. The patients in group A were taking felodipine , enalapril was plused in group B. The patients in group C were taking enalapril maleate folic acid tablet .The levels of imlfammatory factors、plasma levels of Hcy and ambulatory blood pressure were measured.ResultsThe levels of imlfammatory factors and plasma levels of Hcy in group C were signiifcantly lower than that in group A and B. ConclusionThe enalapril maleate folic acid tablets can signiifcantly decreased the levels of imlfammatory factors and plasma levels of Hcy.
