止咳平喘汤治疗35例慢性阻塞性肺气肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：分析研究慢性阻塞性肺气肿采取止咳平喘汤治疗的临床应用价值。方法选取2009年4月～2013年9月在我院接收的慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者共92例，随机分为治疗组、对照组，对照组对患者采取西药治疗，治疗组对患者采取止咳平喘汤治疗，对治疗组与对照组治疗以后的效果给予分析研究。结果治疗组临床总有效率明显要比对照组高差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论慢性阻塞性肺气肿采取止咳平喘汤治疗，可以使患者相关症状得到明显改善，使治疗效果进一步提高，具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze curative effect of Zhikepingchuang Decoction in treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema.MethodsSelected 92 cases of patients with chronic obstructive emphysema in our hospital from April 2009 to September 2014, and they were divided into treatment and control group. The control group received western medicine, while the treatment group received Zhikepingchuang Decoction on basis of the treatment of control group, and then compared the curative effect of two groups.ResultsThe total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was signiifcantly higher than the control group （P＆lt;0.05）.ConclusionZhikepingchuang Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema can improve thesymptoms associated with it and make treatment effect further improved, which has the clinical value.
