亮丙瑞林联合二仙汤治疗子宫内膜异位症术后不良反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨亮丙瑞林联合二仙汤治疗子宫内膜异位症的不良反应与激素水平的变化。方法将60例行腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术后的患者随机分成2组，分别为实验组和对照组，每组各30例进行临床观察。术后观察组给予注射亮丙瑞林3.75 mg联合二仙汤治疗，对照组注射亮丙瑞林3.75 mg，两组均治疗3～6个月。观察2组的近期不良反应，同时测定用药当天及第21天血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黄体激素（LH）和雌二醇（E2）的水平。结果实验组27例与对照组30例患者均可发生潮热、盗汗，烦躁、失眠，肌肉、关节痛，头痛等不良反应，除头痛外，其它不良反应的发生率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者用药前性激素水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；用药治疗21天后血清FSH、LH、E2差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；结论亮丙瑞林联合二仙汤治疗子宫内膜异位症不仅降低单用亮丙瑞林不良反应发生的高风险、提高疗效，而且明显改善了患者的生活质量，提高了患者的用药依从性及满意度。Objective To compare the side effects and decrease of hormone level in the treatment of endometriosis （EMs） using Leuprorelin and Er- xian decoction.MethodsOvarian endometriosis patients （60 cases） after cystectomy were randomly divided into two groups to do prospective clinical observation. Patients in groups Er- xian decoction and Leuprorelin were iv injected with Leuprorelin 3.75 mg and Leuprorelin 3.75 mg, respectively for 3~6 months. The side effects in the two groups were observed, and the follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteotropic hormone （LH）, and estradiol （E2） levels on days 0 and 21 were determined.ResultsPatients in Leuprorelin （30 cases） and Er- xian decoction （27 cases） completed the therapy. Side effects such as hot flashes, night sweats, agitated、insomnia,muscle pain, joint pain, headache happened in patients in the treatment groups. In addition to the headache,the rest of the incidence showed the signiifcant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Sex hormone levels in patients of the two groups showed no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）; FSH, LH, and E2 levels on the day 21 after administration all had the signiifcance （P〈0.05）. ConclusionLeuprorelin and Er- xian decoction in the treatment of endometriosis not only can improve the clinical curative effect, reduce the use of Leuprorelin a high risk, and can obviously improve the patient＆#39;s quality of life, to a certain extent, improve the patient＇s medication compliance and satisfaction.
