摘　　要：针对我院行覆膜支架植入术的主动脉夹层Ⅲ型患者50例,回顾性分析其治疗方法与护理。50例患者术后恢复良好,原发病得到有效控制,均出院。分析得出其治疗、护理的关键因素包括了严密监测患者术后血压情况、心率情况和脉搏情况,发现异常并发症做到及时、正确的处理。In 50 patients with aortic dissection type III patients in our hospital underwent stent implantation, a retrospective analysis of the treatment and nursing. 50 patients recovered well after the operation, the effective control of primary disease, was discharged from the hospital. Analysis of the treatment, the nursing key factors include close monitoring of patients with postoperative blood pressure, heart rate and pulse condition, abnormal timely treatment of complications do, right.
