摘  要:CT模拟机作为诊断性CT机与传统X线模拟机的有机结合体,随着肿瘤放射治疗的发展,进入到三维适形及调强治疗的新时代。CT模拟机不仅可以像诊断性CT机一样为治疗计划系统提供高质量的横断面CT影像资料,帮助临床医生勾画出肿瘤靶区和危及器官,校正组织的不均匀性,提高计算剂量的准确性,还能借助复杂的计算机软件,在激光定位系统的辅助下,实现对治疗条件的虚拟模拟(virtual simulation),为患者提供准确的个体化治疗,提高肿瘤的治愈率。CT模拟定位扫描范围应既能满足临床治疗的需要,尽量做到减少患者因检查受到不必要的照射,同时又能严格准确把握好增强时相,提高病灶的检出率。With the development of tumor radiotherapy, CT –simulator, as the conjunction of diagnostic CT and traditional X-ray simulator, develops into a new era of the three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3DCRT) and intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). CT simulator can not only act as a diagnostic CT providing high quality transverse CT image data for the treatment planning system, assisting clinicians in outlining the target tumor and endanger organs, revising tissue inhomogeneity and improving the accuracy of dose calculation, but with the help of sophisticated computer software and laser positioning system, it can also accomplish virtual simulation of treatment conditions, provide accurate individualized treatment to patients, and improve the cure rate of the tumor. The positioning scanning range of CT simulator should both meet the needs of clinical treatment, keep the patient off unnecessary radiation, and at the same time master the enhancement of phases and perfusion well, thus improve the detection rate of lesion.
