稳心颗粒在治疗更年期综合症方面的作用

摘　　要：目的：探讨稳心颗粒在更年期综合症治疗中的疗效。方法研究选取我院2012～2013年收治的更年期综合症98例患者为研究对象，对照组49例采用谷维素等口服，治疗组49例单纯口服稳心颗粒口服，并进行统计学对照。结果对照组患者疗效显著13例，有效17例，无效19例；治疗组患者疗效显著23例，治疗有效25例，治疗无效1例，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论稳心颗粒治疗更年期综合症疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects Wenxinkeli menopause therapy. Methods The study selected hospital 2012 To 2013 for the study of 98 patients in the control group 49 cases using oryzanol and other oral treatment group 49 cases simple oral Wenxinkeli oral and statistical controls. Results The control group patients had significant effect of 13 cases, effective in 17 cases, 19 cases;treatment effect in patients treated with a significant 23 cases, treatment is effective in 25 cases, ineffective treatment one case, two total effective presence significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of menopausal syndrome Wenxinkeli effect is obvious, worthy of clinical application.
