摘  要:目的:探究肺炎支原体感染肺外脏器受累的临床特点以及疗效。方法使用SERODIA-MYCO明胶凝集法检测肺炎支原体抗体(MP-lgM),选取MP-lgM≥1:80且确诊为支原体(MP)感染的97例患儿作为研究对象,并对其临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果56例肺外脏器受累患儿在接受14~29天的大环内酯类抗生素治疗后均痊愈出院,患儿的肺外并发症全部消失,并且异常化验指标均显示恢复正常。结论肺炎支原体感染临床症状和胸部X线检查均缺少特异性,并且容易由肺外脏器受累,特别是肺外并发症为首发并发症时,更容易造成误诊;对于治疗不理想的呼吸道感染和多脏器受损的呼吸道感染,要注意是否存在肺炎支原体感染的可能性,并及时进行检测,以做到早发现,早给予大环内酯类抗生素进行治疗。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and clinical outcomes Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection extrapulmonary organ involvement. Methods SERODIA-MYCO gelatin agglutination assay MP-lgM,select MP-lgM≥1:80 and diagnosed 97 cases of MP infection in children as research subjects and analyzed retrospectively the clinical data. Results 56 cases of extrapulmonary organ involvement of children in the 14 to 29 days after receiving macrolide antibiotic treatment were cured,pulmonary complications in children with all but disappeared,and abnormal laboratory indicators show a return to normal. Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection symptoms and chest X-ray examination showed a lack of specificity,and easily by extrapulmonary organ involvement,particularly when starting extrapulmonary complications complications,more easily lead to misdiagnosis;not ideal for the treatment of respiratory tract infections multiple organ damage and respiratory infections,pay attention to the possibility of the existence of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,and timely testing to ensure early detection and early treatment given to macrolide antibiotics.
