血清铁与糖尿病性骨质疏松的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病性骨质疏松与血清铁含量的关系。方法纳入100受试者,其中糖尿病合并骨质疏松(DO)患者28例,糖尿病无骨质疏松的患者(DM)25例,骨质疏松(OP)患者20例,正常对照27例。采集空腹血检测血清铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)。结果 DO组中血清铁低于DM组、OP组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ca、P四组间差异无统计学意义。血清铁与患者年龄呈负相关(r=-0.198,P<0.05),血清铁与绝经后妇女的年龄呈负相关(r=-0.392,P<0.05),血清Fe与股骨颈T值(r=0.213,P<0.05)、股骨W-三角T值(r=0.206,P<0.05)、股骨粗隆T值(r=0.228,P<0.05)呈正相关,BMI与腰椎T值(r=0.308,P<0.05)、股骨颈T值(r=0.255,P<0.05)、股骨粗隆T值(r=0.314,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论血清Fe可能参与了糖尿病骨质疏松的发生发展。Objective To explore the relationship between diabetic osteoporosis and. serum level of iron. Methods A total of 100 sub-jects were included,in which 28 diabetic patients associated with osteoporosis（ DO）,25 diabetic patients without osteoporosis（ DM）,20 osteopo-rosis patients（OP）and 27 healthy controls. General information of all subjects and serum levels of iron（Fe）,calcium（Ca）and phosphorus （P）had been detected and compared among these groups. Results 1. Serum level of iron was lower in DO group than that of DM group,OP group and control group（ P ﹤0. 05）. The difference in serum levels of Ca and P was not significant among these four groups. 2. Serum level of iron was negatively correlated with the age of patients（ r = -0. 198,P ﹤0. 05）and postmenopausal women（ r = -0. 392,P ﹤0. 05）. Serum level of iron was positively correlated with femoral neck T-scores（ r =0. 213,P ﹤0. 05）,Word- femoral triangle T-scores（ r =0. 206,P﹤0. 05）and femoral trochanter T-scores（ r =0. 228,P ﹤0. 05）. BMI was positively correlated with lumbar spine T-scores（ r =0. 308,P﹤0. 05）,femoral neck T-scores（ r =0. 255,P ﹤0. 05）and femoral trochanter T-scores（ r =0. 314,P ﹤0. 05）. Conclusion Serum iron may be involved in the development of diabetes osteoporosis.
