摘　　要：随着物流信息化、数据化的深入,各种物流信息数据积累日益增加,应建立全员的物流管理模式来因应新的业态变化的发生,监控供应链风险因素的发生发展,力争将物流风险扼杀在摇篮里。实现和加强可持续发展的物流的良性运转,减少运营损失。With the deepening of the logistics information, digital, all kinds of logistics information data accumulation in- creased, should establish the overall logistics management model to meet the new business mode change, monitor the development of supply chain risk factors, strive for the logis- tics risk killed in the cradle. Implementation and to strength- en the sustainable development of the benign operation of lo- gistics, reduce operating losses.
