摘  要:为了利用生产石墨产生的工业废料石墨尾矿,减少环境污染,将石墨尾矿掺到混凝土中,制备智能混凝土。对不同石墨尾矿掺量、不同碳纤维掺量进行压敏特性试验,研究其压应力与电阻率之间的关系。试验结果表明:石墨尾矿掺量为5%-10%,碳纤维掺量为0.3%-0.6%,石墨尾矿混凝土电阻率能达到良好的效果;压力在弹性范围内循环加载,电阻率随应力的增加而减小,随应力的减小而增大。适宜掺量的石墨尾矿混凝土具有良好的压敏特性,在智能混凝土中添加石墨尾矿,减少碳纤维含量,可节约成本,为智能混凝土的监测和控制的研究奠定基础。In order to use waste industrial graphite tailings and reduce environmental pollution,graphite tailings was mixed to concrete for preparing smart concrete.Changed contents of graphite tailings and carbon fiber was studied with pressure-sensitive experiments,the relationship between stress and resistivity was studied.The results showed that:graphite tailings concrete resistivity was better than under suitable content that the graphite tailings content was during 5% to 10% and carbon fiber content was during 0.3% to 0.6%.Cyclic loading below the elastic pressure standard shows that resistivity increased with stress decreased and increased with decreasing stress.Appropriate content of graphite tailings concrete has better pressure-sensitive properties.Smart concrete with graphite tailings added could decrease the carbon fiber content,more cost-effective,and supply a suitable issue for future research of intelligent monitoring and control of concrete.
