摘  要:养殖生产中4种除藻剂在不同温度条件下对菲律宾蛤仔和刺参的急性毒性实验结果表明,低温条件(白天水温12~16℃)下,4种除藻剂对菲律宾蛤仔和刺参的急性毒性较小。高温条件(26℃)下,藻苔净、苔草必杀、青苔速灭和苔藻净4种除藻剂对菲律宾蛤仔的96hLC50分别为123.211、57.004、62.745和149.942mg/L;对刺参的96hLC50分别为21.257、17.347、42.530和8.681mg/L。4种除藻剂对菲律宾蛤仔的急性毒性依次为苔草必杀〉青苔速灭〉藻苔净〉苔藻净;对刺参的急性毒性依次为苔藻净〉苔草必杀〉藻苔净〉青苔速灭,同种除藻剂对不同养殖生物的急性毒性不同。相对于低温测试结果,高温下4种除藻剂对菲律宾蛤仔和刺参的急性毒性增强,两种生物的耐受性降低,但安全浓度仍均高于建议最大使用量。The acute toxicity of four algecides in aquaculture production were carried out on the Ruditapes philippina- rum and Apostichopus japonicus at different temperatures. Results showed that the acute toxicity of four algaecides was lower to Ruditapes philippinarum and Apostichopus japonicus at low temperature of 12 - 16 %. At high temperature( 26 ~C ), the 96 h lethal concentration (LCs0) of the four algaecides to Ruditapes philippinarum were 123. 211, 57. 004,62. 745 and 149. 942 mg/L for Alage moss net, Carex slay, Moss mevinphos and Moss alage net, respective- ly. As for Apostichopusjaponicas, the 96 h LCs0were 21. 257,17. 347 algaecides,respectively. The toxicity order of the four algaecides for ,42. 530 and 8. 681 mg/L for corresponding four Ruditapes philippinarum was Carex slay 〉 Moss mevinphos 〉 Algae moss net 〉 Moss algae net. And as for Apostichopus japonicas, it was Moss algae net 〉 Carex slay 〉 Algae moss net 〉 Moss mevinphos. These results indicated that the toxicity of the same algaecide was varied for different aquaculture species. And the acute toxicity of four algaeeides to Ruditapes philippinarum and Apostichopus japonicus was enhanced with increasing temperature. It meant the tolerance of the two species was reduced at high temperature. But the safe concentration was still much higher than the suggested maximum usage.
