摘 要:运用理论分析、数值模拟与现场试验相结合的方法,对忻州窑煤矿5935巷道底板卸压槽防冲效果进行研究。依据现场实际情况,基于煤岩体静载破坏理论,选定底板卸压槽作为5935巷道的防冲技术方案。利用FLAC3D数值软件模拟5935巷道布置底板卸压槽后围岩应力、应变响应,模拟结果肯定了卸压槽的防冲作用。在现场5935巷道布置底板卸压槽的防冲试验中,实际观测巷道围岩变形量与模拟结果基本一致,声发射技术监测数据证实了底板卸压槽的防冲效果。通过底板卸压槽防冲投入分析,其经济效益相当显著。研究表明:布置底板卸压槽是忻州窑煤矿最为直接、有效的防冲手段,对"三硬"矿井冲击地压的防治工作具有一定的指导意义。By the combined method of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test,the rockburst prevention effect of floor pressure-relief slot in 5935 roadway of Xinzhouyao coal mine was studied. Based on the actual situation and the theory of coal and rock mass failure under static load,the floor pressure-relief slot was selected as the technical solution for prevention of rockburst in 5935 roadway. The FLAC3 Dsoftware was utilized to simulate the stress and strain response of surrounding rock after excavating pressure-relief slot in 5935 roadway,and the rockburst prevention role of pressure-relief slot was affirmed by the simulation result. In the field test of excavating pressure-relief slot in 5935 roadway,the observed deformation of surrounding rock was basically consistent with the simulation result,and the rockburst prevention effect of pressure-relief slot was proved successfully by monitoring data of acoustic emission techniques. Through the analysis on input of floor pressure-relief slot,the economic benefit was significant. It showed that: excavating pressure-relief slot is the most direct and effective measure for prevention of rockburst in Xinzhouyao coal mine,and it has significant guiding significance on the prevention work of rockburst in " three hard" coal mine.
