摘　　要：目前中国宪法惯例中政治惯例的作用不能小觑,政治稳定是国家稳定的前提,我国的政治惯例和我国的政党关系密不可分,它是把国家的政治生活规律统一并抽象出来,加以体现我国宪法规定的主权运行的规则。但是不加控制地让政治惯例肆意泛化,对成文法是一种不可逆转的威胁,只有使合宪的政治惯例成文法化,才能真正做到有法可依。Chinese constitutional conventions, especially the political conventions play an important role in Chinese law system. Political stability is the premise of the stability of a country. Chinese political conventions are closely related to the political party, and they unite the political law to reflect the law stipulated by Chinese Constitution. However, the generalization of political conventions is an irreversible threat to the written constitution. Only through the codification of political convention can we truly realize legislation in advance and ruling the country by law.
