摘　　要：海明威是20世纪美国文学的代表性作家,死亡意识是他作品最重要的主题。在海明威的笔下展现了各种死亡的形式,但没有出现一个寿终正寝的主人公。通过对具体死亡体验的描写,表现了作家对死亡的抗争意识和超越死亡的美学精神。Hemingway is a representative writer of American literature in the twentieth century, and the death con- sciousness is the most important theme in his works. It shows various forms of death in Hemingway＇ s works, but there is no a protagonist who died a natural death. The works show the writer＇ s sense of struggle against the death and for aesthetic spirit of the transcend death by describing the specific death experience.
