摘 要:在温升试验的基础上,研究中压开关柜的温升变化规律,结合回路电阻测试和传热学理论分析可知,开关柜中断路器主触头的温升问题最为严重,可作为开关柜运行中温升监测的重点部位.同时,以温升数据为基础,用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合,得到二次多项式表示的温升模型.研究结果表明,曲线拟合优度较高,温升模型可为不同负载下的温升预测提供依据.The regularity of temperature rise was studied to find based on tests. According to the loop resistance measurement and heat transfer theory analysis, it was verified that the most serious point was the main contact of the circuit breaker in the switchgear, which could be the key point of temperature monitoring during the operation. Also, based on the temperature data, the curve was fitted by the least-square method, and the temperature rise model expressed in quadratic polynomial was obtained. The result shows that the model has high goodness of fit and can provide the basis of prediction of temperature rise in different loads.
