摘  要:分别以氟单体、氟橡胶、端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为主体配制3种光纤涂料,考察了3种涂料的性能及其在不同压力、温度和拉丝速度等涂覆生产工艺下制得的传能光纤的性能。结果表明:以端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为主体配制的光纤涂料,折射率为1.395,控制涂料黏度不超过3 000 mPa·s,涂覆压力为0.06 MPa,涂覆温度为50℃,拉丝速度为70 m/min,制得的传能光纤传输损耗较低,为4.6 dB/km。Three kinds of coatings for optical fiber were prepared by using fluoro monomers, fluoro rubber and vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane as the main raw materials. The properties of the prepared coatings and the energy transmitting optical fiber coated therewith via different coating processes (e.g., coating pressure, temperature and drawing speed) were investigated. The results indicated that the energy transmitting optical fiber coated with a coating composition with refractive index 1. 395 and viscosity 3 000 mPa's based on vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane via the coating process having coating pressure 0. 06 MPa, temperature 50℃ and drawing speed 70 m/min, gave the minimized transmission loss 4. 6 db/km.
